Automated Mapping

EnterInfo provides map production services for the creation and revision of National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) nautical charts, and has successfully completed all mapping assignments – satisfying NOAA’s production schedule and quality requirements. The EnterInfo team compiles the Source Data and the critical (CRIT) Access database using inputs from: NOAA, Navy, Coast Guards, Corps of Engineers and private contractors. The Source Data and the CRIT updates are applied to the nautical charts using various mapping applications following in-house procedures. EnterInfo devised an effective training program to ensure that NOAA has only highly qualified Cartographers, as the project requires.
